TPN software

Tailored Precision Nutrition is the best in innovative software that is fast, easy, and very effective.  TPN benefits many facilities and populations including nutritionists, dieticians, fitness, wellness, bariatric, and other medical facilities by reducing hours of programming into minutes. Cardiovascular, nutrition, and meal plans are developed to achieve the exact goals of the client. The T means we present cutting edge technology that is tailored to the needs of the clients from bodybuilders or elite athletes to cardiac rehab patients and everyone in between. The P stands for precision because our programs will reach a specific goal, weight, or body fat in a specified time frame. How many programs can claim that if a person is at fifteen percent body fat and wants to be nine that it can achieve this exactly in a specified time frame? This has been accomplished countless times and now TPN presents this ability to all facilities. N says nutrition software on a cloud to be used b

Catabolism

Catabolism or catabolic means the breakdown of complex molecules to simpler ones with release of energy or destructive metabolism. Catabolism is the process of transforming chemical fuels such as glucose into energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate or ATP. Catabolic hormones include epinephrine, cortisol, and glucagon. Epinephrine or adrenaline with norepinephrine and dopamine are a group of biogenic amines called catecholamines. Stimulation of the adrenal gland activate stores of norepinephrine to epinephrine and its release into the bloodstream. At the cellular level, epinephrine binds to liver and muscle cells at receptors on the cell membrane. The fight or flight or stress reaction includes increased blood glucose, increased vasoconstriction in certain areas of the body, and increased heart rate. By use of cellular intermediates, epinephrine activates an enzyme that breaks down glycogen into glucose for release into the bloodstream. Epinephrine through a second messenger

Anabolism

Anabolism and anabolic means the synthesis of complex molecules from simpler ones with the storage of energy or constructive metabolism. The processes produce growth and differentiation of cells, increase in body size, and involves synthesis of complex molecules.  Anabolic hormones in the human body include testosterone, insulin, growth hormone, and Insulin-Like Growth Factors or IGF. These hormones promote tissue growth. Resistance training promotes tissue growth in part by increasing these hormones. Muscle growth is dependent on an increase in protein synthesis and decrease in protein breakdown. The hormonal system supports normal biological function and response to external stimuli such as exercise and especially resistance training. Hormones are secreted before and after resistance training. Muscle remodeling is due to production of anabolic hormones. Testosterone plays a primary role in development of skeletal muscle tissue. Testosterone is an eighteen-carbon derivative of ch
